The hotel complex is located in the most touristic, most popular, most Russian-speaking, coastal area of Liman. This complex is a modern creation of Turkish and Canadian designers.

It presents a completely new understanding of tourism, which will combine the concept of a world-famous brand hotel, a Spa with panoramic views, a shopping center that will showcase the best Turkish and world brands, cafes and restaurants, including famous chefs, and a play area for kids.
